Disclosure: G-Mail Merge with chatGPT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our services use the Google OAuth 2.0 protocol for authentication without requiring the user to share their login credentials with us. OAuth also allows secure access to the user’s data, as required by the add-ons, and the data resides strictly inside your Google account. We do not store any of your account data on our servers.

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may delete or deactivate it by uninstalling our Google add-on or by contacting us. We will respond to your request within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings or similar legal process, and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

The app will not store your data on non-Google servers. All your settings are stored on Google servers inside the Google Cloud Project associated with the add-on.
The app will not use any of your data for market research, advertising, serving personalized content, retargeting, or recommendations.
The app will only use access to Gmail to send emails on your behalf and will not use your data for any other purpose.
The app not transfer or share your information with others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
The app will collect your information only with your consent; App only collects the minimum amount of information that is necessary to operate the add-on.
Our Google add-ons function with Google Sheets, requiring a Google account for authentication and login. These add-ons collect your email address for the first authentication in the application, performed by Google itself using the default authentication method. Without this authentication, our add-ons will not function correctly, which can be revoked by the user at any time. In order to provide you with our services, we need to use your email address to send you communications, such as confirmation emails and support updates. Your email address may also be utilized to activate your license.
User email will be used to track the subscription and payments by the user.
Payment information will be handled by the Payment Gateway providing the billing services. Your credit card or any other financial information will never pass through us.
When you email our support team with a question, we will retain that conversation and email address for future reference.
The data shared may include your queries to the ChatGpt AI models, which could be in the form of text you input to generate the results. We ensure that this data is anonymous and cannot be traced back to individual users.
By giving your consent, you acknowledge and accept that your anonymized data will be shared with the ChatGPT AI platform for the purpose of providing and improving the services offered by the add-on.

Facebook Privacy Policy

Public Profile
The public_profile permission allows apps to read the Default Public Profile Fields on a User node. The allowed usage for this permission is to authenticate app users and provide them with a personalized in-app experience. This permission is automatically granted to all apps. ElephantRohck may also use this permission to request analytics insights to improve the app and for marketing or advertising purposes, through the use of aggregated and de-identified or anonymized information (provided such data cannot be re-identified).

Email
The email permission allows the Facebook app to read a person's primary email address. The allowed usage for this permission is to let end users log into ElephantRohck app with the email address associated with their Facebook profile. This permission is automatically granted to all apps. ElephantRohck may also use this permission to request analytics insights to improve the app and for marketing or advertising purposes, through the use of aggregated and de-identified or anonymized information (provided such data cannot be re-identified).
