Refunds
Refunds to the customer after the trial period ends will not be processed.
Refunds may take more than 15 days to process since the payment provider is third party. We will try to process the refunds as soon as possible.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Service Availability
We strive to keep SlickAPI available 24/7, but uptime is not guaranteed.
We may suspend or terminate access temporarily for maintenance, security, or technical issues.

Refund Policy

All payments for API subscriptions, usage-based plans, or credits are non-refundable except as explicitly provided in this policy.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate Payments – If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription or service.
Service Unavailability – If our API services were unavailable (downtime exceeding 99.9% uptime SLA in a given billing cycle) and this directly impacted your usage.
Refunds, if considered can take 15-30 days to be processed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Partial use of the subscription (e.g., using some API credits but requesting a refund for unused balance).
Inability to integrate SLICKAPI due to user-side technical issues not related to our service.
Misuse of the service, violation of Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity.
